권리자찾기정보시스템이란?

권리자찾기정보시스템은 저작권 위탁관리업자가 보고하는 저작물의 권리정보와 유관기관등이 제공하는 저작권정보를 체계적으로 수집, 통합저작권관리번호를 부여하여 이용자가 저작권자(권리자)를 간편하게 찾을 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템입니다.

        • 대리 또는 중개하는 저작물 등의 권리 정보
        • 저작권위탁관리업자의 연락처에 관한 정보

법정허락 승인신청

법정허락 신청을 하기 위해서는 저작재산권자가 불명이라는 사실을 담보할 수 있을 정도의 「상당한 노력」을 행하는 것이 전제되어야 합니다.
법정허락 신청 전 ‘상당한 노력’ 절차 수행, 법정허락 신청 후 심의(문화체육관광부장관 승인) 및 보상금 공탁까지의 전체적인 흐름은 다음과 같습니다.

Application for statutory permission approval
