이용허락 소개

저작물 이용허락이란?

저작재산권자는 다른 사람에게 그 저작물의 이용을 허락할 수 있습니다. 허락을 받은 자는 허락받은 이용 방법 및 조건의 범위 안에서 그 저작물을 이용할 수 있습니다. 다만 허락에 의하여 저작물을 이용할 수 있는 권리는 저작재산권자의 동의 없이 제3자에게 이를 양도할 수 없습니다.

    저작물 이용자는 저작(인접)권자(권리자)를 찾아 이용허락계약을 체결하고 이용방법 및 조건의 범위에서 그 저작물을 이용하여야 합니다.

What is a copyright license?

The copyright holder may grant permission to others to use the work. A person who has obtained permission can use the work within the scope of the permitted usage method and conditions. However, the right to use the work by permission cannot be transferred to a third party without the consent of the copyright holder.
