저작권비즈니스지원센터란?

저작권 비즈니스 지원센터는 저작권법에 의거한 권리자찾기정보시스템과 저작권거래소를 통합한 서비스를 제공하며, 저작물의 권리정보를 체계적으로 수집 및 관리하고 저작권 이용허락 계약 체곌지원 및 권리자불명저작물 이용지원 등 저작권 유통과 관련한 서비스를 온라인에서 간편하게 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 서비스입니다.

  • 1. 법적근거

      • o 저작권 비즈니스 지원센터는 저작권 위탁관리업자의 저작권 권리정보와 유관기관의 저작권 정보를 수집하고 저작물 및 권리자를 식별할 수 있는 통합저작권번호체계를 부여하고 관리하고 있습니다.

    • 2) 온라인 이용허락계약 체결 지원

      • o 저작권 비즈니스 지원센터는 수집한 권리관리정보를 바탕으로 이를 활용하여 온라인에서 저작권 이용허락계약 체결을 지원합니다. * 일부 단체 및 일부 권리에 한함

        o 저작권 비즈니스 지원센터는 문화시설에 의한 복제 제도에 의한 상당한 조사 제도를 지원합니다.

        • ○ 업무보고 내용

          • 저작물 등의 제호

            저작자, 실연자(實演者)ㆍ음반제작자 또는 방송사업자, 데이터베이스제작자의 성명 등

            창작 또는 공표 연도, 실연 또는 고정(固定) 연도, 제작 연도

            대리 또는 중개하는 저작물 등의 권리 정보

            저작권위탁관리업자의 연락처에 관한 정보

        • ○ 업무보고 기간 : 매월 말일을 기준으로 작성하여 다음 달 10일까지

What is the Copyright Business Support Center?

The Copyright Business Support Center provides an integrated service of the right holder finding information system and the Copyright Exchange in accordance with the Copyright Act. It is a service that supports distribution-related services to be easily performed online.

  • 1. Legal basis

    o Copyright Act Article 35-4 (reproduction by cultural facilities), Article 16-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (standard of substantial investigation), and Article 16-5 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (Application and Decision Procedure for Compensation Decision)

    o Article 50 of the Copyright Act and Article 18 of the Enforcement Decree (standard of considerable effort), Article 20 of the Enforcement Decree (submission of opinions, etc.), Article 21 of the Enforcement Decree (notification of approval, etc.)

    o Article 120 of the Copyright Act (Copyright Information Center) and Article 66 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (Organization and operation of the Copyright Information Center, etc.)

    o Copyright Act Article 134 (Projects to create an environment for sound use of works and Article 73 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (Projects for fair use of works))

  • 2. Main Services

    • 1) Collection of rights management information of works and issuance of integrated copyright numbering system

      • o The Copyright Business Support Center collects copyright information of entrusted companies and copyright information of related organizations, and assigns and manages an integrated copyright number system that can identify works and rights holders.

    • 2) Support for signing an online license agreement

      • o The Copyright Business Support Center uses the collected rights management information to support the conclusion of a copyright license agreement online. * Limited to some organizations and some rights
